Who we are
Hoefel Security is a cybersecurity consultancy based in Porto Alegre, Brazil. For the purposes of the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law 13,709/2018), Hoefel Security is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.
What data we collect
This website has no forms, no accounts, and collects no personal data directly. We only process the data you voluntarily send us when you reach out by e-mail, WhatsApp or social media: typically your name, contact details and the content of your message. The hosting server records standard technical access data (such as IP address and pages visited) in logs used exclusively for security and service operation.
Cookies and tracking
This website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising. If we adopt audience metrics, we will use a cookieless solution without individual identification, and this policy will be updated.
How we use the data
We use contact data only to reply to your message and to conduct the business relationship you initiate with us. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction or deletion of your personal data, among the other rights in Article 18. Just write to eduardo@hoefelsecurity.com.
